Comfort Food Restaurant & Bakery The brand, which offers 'comfort food' that keeps the original taste of fresh ingredients, has three concepts - Bakery & Cafe, Coffee House and Gourmet Deli shop - to create a food culture that is sincere, yet that provides unique tastes and services that represent the brand.

First, the cafe serves different salads and sandwiches made with ingredients from all over the world, such as American-style homemade couscous, rucola, black rice and Burrata (cheese), as well as traditional American-style brunch items, granola and savory cheese cake made with Philadelphia cream cheese. Secondly, the coffee house offers different brewing methods, where customers can choose a roasting point according to their own tastes, after personally selecting the coffee beans out of over 20 varieties. You can try a number of coffees, including those certified as Fair Trade, Organic and approved by the Rainforest Alliance, as well as specialty coffees from different places of origin, and rare coffees produced in very small amounts. Thirdly, the deli shop serves sandwiches and the brand's signature artisan bread, along with daily fresh colorful vegetables, and menus that keep the original tastes of the ingredients. Vecchia e Nuovo has opened branches in Gangnam, Yeongdeungpo, Seorae Village, Hannam-dong and Centum City in Busan, after starting from the Shinsegae Department Store main building in August 2005.
